Our qualified team consists of the visiting Schoolteacher and the Student Adventure Ambassador.
The Ambassador’s role is to:
- Prepare a system to place visiting students with appropriate host families.
- Book all health and travel insurance for travelers.
- Prepare itinerary for trips to Melbourne, Australia, the UK, and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
- Book the planned events in the visiting countries, provide travel times and tickets to museums etc.
- Provide all necessary forms and answer questions from hosts, parents, and schools.
- Provide contact for teachers on the trip to liase with the schools, parents, and host parents.
- Address any problems or concerns that may develop during the days and nights of the trip.
- Meet with host schools and the host families a week prior to the visiting student's arrival.
- He / She will remain in the host country until all visiting students have returned safely to their home countries.
The Teachers’s role is to:
- Accompany the students on the prepared adventure. They travel with the students to and from the host country and are with them during the weekday hours. Students spend evenings and weekends with the host families.
- The teachers are on call 24 hours a day and are there if any concerns arise.
- If additional assistance is required, the teacher will contact the Student Adventures Ambassador.
